Elizabeth Taylor has made her first public appearance following her battle with pneumonia.The Hollywood star attended the Macy's Passport AIDS fundraising event in Santa Monica, Calif., in a wheelchair on Thursday night. The 76-year-old had pneumonia in July, but her condition reportedly worsened in the following days, leading to rumors she was very close to death. But Taylor, who suffers from diabetes and osteoporosis, appears to have recovered, despite being plagued with health problems over the last few years.
