The hip hopper was booked to appear at the Monster Jam concert alongside headline acts that included Jay-Z and Ne-Yo. However, the singer reportedly refused to comply with security procedures at the TD Banknorth Garden venue and pass through a metal detector, according to the Boston Herald newspaper. Lil Wayne is then said to have left, without performing, leaving his fans waiting anxiously for over an hour.But the concert was saved when Jay-Z extended his set to fill the gap.
