Heather was said to have forgotten to ask for planning permission before building the pool and might have to get rid of it if her retrospective request is denied. Members of Mills' local council will meet next month to debate whether she can keep the feature. However her spokesperson has argued local services could use it to battle fires, saying, "In an emergency, it could be used by the fire brigade (to put out a blaze)."
