The Los Angeles California City Attorney filed the charge on Wednesday after investigating claims the "300" star attacked a celebrity snapper outside the premiere party for director Guy Ritchie's film "RocknRolla." Gossip reports suggest Butler left Crown Bar and took exception to the snapper, punching him in the mouth. The stars representatives insist the photographer was stalking the star, almost killing a pedestrian as he chased him through Hollywood. According to TMZ.com, Butler is due in court for an arraignment on June 10th.
