The couple filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in a Los Angeles California district court on Wednesday, claiming the executives at Silver Cross had used a snap of them with their 1-year-old twins, Max and Emme, in their strollers without prior permission. The lawsuit accuses the British manufacturing firm of using the photograph of the famous family online and in advertisements, thereby deceiving the public into "believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor" the brand. Lopez and Anthony are seeking at least $5 million in damages, a permanent injunction against any further use of their names or images in the company's advertising, and any money that may have been made by allegedly using the couple as unwitting model spokespersons.
