Shruti Hassan is a multi talented actress, who can sing, dance, act and write lyrics. The lady who is expecting her debut Tamil flick 7Aum Arivu very eagerly is said to be taking the mic in hand for a song.
Shruti who is also a versatile singer, who had a band of her own, has sung in Unnaipol Oruvan for which she has even composed music for, Varanam Aayiram and now she is all set to sing for Simbu's Osthi.
We hear that Shruti Hassan is likely to croon for Mallika Sherawat who is going to gyrate to the tunes of the Tamil version of 'Munni' in the Tamil remake of Dabangg – Osthi, for which the music is composed by Thaman.
A Source informs, “Shruti is keen on singing for films and they think she would be a perfect fit for this. Plus, the song requires a slightly different kind of voice and it went on be a superhit in Hindi.”
We also hear that Simbu has shot for a song sequence titled Damaal Doomeel, which was recently shot at a police station.
Considering Simbu is also a singer, we wonder if there will be a combo of Shruti and Simbu crooning to Tamil 'Munni'.
