MEL GIBSON ADMITS NEW BABY DUE
Mel GibsonHollywood star Mel Gibson is confirming his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is pregnant after he was asked by Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show." Mel spoke candidly with the television host during his guest appearance, fielding questions about the dissolution of his marriage and joking about dating a younger woman in an episode that aired on Monday night. Gibson wanted to take the opportunity to clear up gossip reports about his relationship with estranged wife Robyn, who filed for divorce in April and blamed himself for their breakup. He told Leno, "My wife and I, our marriage ended three years ago and we've been separated ever since then. These things happen. It's unfortunate, it's sad, but you know she is an admirable woman -- we still got kids together. We're friends ... "Look, when it's all said and done, I did a pretty good hatchet job on my marriage myself. I'm to blame. If you're inclined to judge, put it here." Leno then asked about his new younger lover, joking, "What, is she 17, 18?" The star said the Russian singer is nearer to 40, before quipping, "Now I am going to have two women mad at me!" Gibson was then asked about the rumors Grigorieva is pregnant with the couple's first child, to which Gibson confirmed, "This is true. We're gonna have a child." Leno teased about his growing family, "So that will make 29?" and Gibson shot back, "Well, actually eight. I guess I'm Octo-Mel."
CRISS ANGEL'S VEGAS CAT CAPER
Magician Criss Angel is being threatened with a lawsuit over the alleged theft of Las Vegas show producer Jeff Beacher's cat. Beacher, the man behind hit variety show "Beacher's Madhouse," is accusing the "Mindfreak" television star of refusing to return his beloved cat Hamlet after he offered to care for the animal in 2007. In a letter to Angel, his lawyer Robert Reynolds writes: "After both of Mr. Beacher's parents passed away due to cancer, his family's cat was bequeathed to him by will. At the time, Mr. Beacher was residing at the (Las Vegas) Hard Rock Hotel. Accordingly, he allowed his friend Jennifer Madden to temporarily care for the cat until he moved out of the hotel. "Soon thereafter, while still grieving over the recent loss of his father, my client received a phone call from you (Angel) stating, 'I took your cat. He lives with me now'... This action was against the will of Ms. Madden and Mr. Beacher. I also understand that you made further bizarre allegations, including, 'The cat no longer likes you' and 'The cat and I have become close friends.' ...You and Mr. Beacher have repeatedly argued about the theft of his cat and your continued unwillingness to return it. Perhaps you are not aware of the legal consequences." According to the New York Daily News, Beacher will seek punitive damages if Hamlet is not returned. Explaining the two year delay in taking legal action against Angel, Beacher adds: "I was a mess. I'm better now and want my cat back." SHIA LABEOUF'S DATE WITH RIHANNA

The actor reveals he became "infatuated" with the singer and was stunned to find out Rihanna was trying to get in touch with him. A stylist friend eventually passed Rihanna's details to LaBeouf while he was filming "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of The Crystal Skull" in Hawaii. He recalls, "(I was) filming a sword fight when I got the message. I said to myself, 'Can this be my life?'" The actor tells Playboy magazine he texted the R&B pin-up and they set up a dinner date: "It never got beyond one date. The spark wasn't there. We weren't passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends." LaBeouf is also admitting the passion definitely was there on the "Transformers" movie sets, between him and co-star Megan Fox, who plays his girlfriend in the movies. The star still hopes he and Fox can become lovers in the future. He admits they both had to be professional about their relationship while they were working together: "It hasn't been a romantic thing because you're trying to respect the work environment. You don't push anything. And, with sex and romance, things become convoluted so fast. ... You're playing with the devil. "We could be shooting, and the relationship is suddenly on the rocks and then what? So we just never did anything about it. We were very smart. Gerald ButlerActor Gerard Butler has been charged with criminal battery after allegedly beating up a photographer last year. The Los Angeles California City Attorney filed the charge on Wednesday after investigating claims the "300" star attacked a celebrity snapper outside the premiere party for director Guy Ritchie's film "RocknRolla." Gossip reports suggest Butler left Crown Bar and took exception to the snapper, punching him in the mouth. The stars representatives insist the photographer was stalking the star, almost killing a pedestrian as he chased him through Hollywood. According to TMZ.com, Butler is due in court for an arraignment on June 10th.
HEIDI KLUM RE-MARRIES ONCE AGAIN
Heidi Klum Project Runway star Heidi Klum and hubby Seal made sure they had loads of fun when they renewed their wedding vows over the weekend, by holding a "white trash"-style ceremony. The couple has held a yearly retake of their nuptials since they first married in 2005. Heidi and Seal usually hold the bash at the same location every year, Costa Careyes, Mexico, but this year the stars' fourth wedding anniversary celebration was canceled due to the swine flu outbreak. The happy stars decided to throw a wild party in Malibu, Calif., instead. Klum was dressed in a cheap lace wedding gown, with her hair in cornrows and puffed on a fake cigarette throughout the ceremony, while her husband donned a blond mullet wig and tacky 1980s style suit. The 75 guests at the party, which was officiated by an Elvis Presley lookalike, also joined in the fun, wearing jean shorts, animal prints and leather jackets to set the mood.

Nick CannonNick Cannon is launching a bitter attack on Eminem, accusing him of "racial bigotry" over a derogatory new track that mentions his wife, singing star Mariah Carey. Cannon, who married Mariah in the Bahamas last April, is very mad that Eminem has name checked him and his partner in a controversial song featured on the rap star's latest album, "Relapse." Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers III, recorded "Bagpipes from Baghdad" for his latest CD, in which he comments on his alleged romance with Carey one that she is denying. In the track, Eminem raps, "Nick Cannon better back the [bleep] up. I'm not playing, I want her back, you punk. Nick Cannon, you [bleep], I wish you luck with that [bleep] whore." Cannon isn't going to let the rapper get away with his comments, and is vowing that Eminem's words will have "repercussions," He writes on his blog, "A mediocre (at best) Eminem record that sounds like it was written in 2001. At first, I thought it was old material that had been dug up from when dude 'fantasized' about having a pretend fling with Mariah. ... But all of a sudden I hear my name in the verse! My first reaction was like, 'This is his new [bleep]? Wow, that's too bad.' "Maybe I'm going too far, but I thought we got past the days where white men could spew vulgar obscenities at our beautiful queens and get away with it. What's next? Are we going to let this trash say something horrible about our lovely first lady, Mrs. Michelle Obama? Or would Marshall have talked sideways out of his neck like this about Oprah Winfrey? This act of racist bigotry cannot go unnoticed. Calling my wife a [bleep] and a 'whore' is way worse than anything Don Imus could have ever said. So trust, repercussions will be served. SEXY CINDY CRAWFORD'S HUBBY SUED
Cindy Crawford And Rande GerberFormer supermodel Cindy Crawford's restaurant hubby Rande Gerber is facing a legal mess with two former female employees who have accused him of sexual harassment. Gerber is being sued by two former waitresses, who claim they were fired from a restaurant owned by his company after ignoring his alleged advances and those of the venue's managers. The couple filed suit in San Diego County Superior Court in March, according to TMZ.com. One of the women claims Gerber attempted to kiss her when she worked at the Moonstone Lounge in the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego last year, and then "put his hand up (her) dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch." The women are suing for unspecified damages. Gerber's spokesman says, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit."
